The US government just shut down the two most powerful AI models ever released. Three days after launch. Claude Fable 5 and Mythos 5 launched on June 9. On June 12, the US Commerce Secretary sent a letter directly to Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei ordering both models offline under national security export control law. The trigger - another company claimed it had jailbroken Mythos 5 to analyze code for security flaws. The Trump administration had already tried to stop the release before launch and failed. This time they didn't. The order banned access by any foreign national - including Anthropic's own foreign-born employees. Anthropic couldn't filter users in real time, so it shut both models down for everyone. Order arrived at 5:21pm ET. Access was gone within hours. Anthropic is complying but disagrees - calling the concern "narrow and non-universal." All other Claude models remain fully available. This is the first time a government has forced a publicly deployed AI model offline. 👀 #AINews #Anthropic Follow AI Fuels for daily AI discoveries 🚀

Type one sentence. Get back a fully playable browser game - with code, graphics, 3D models, and multiplayer. 🎮🤯 Higgsfield just launched Higgsfield Games - and it's genuinely insane. Claude Fable 5 researches your idea and writes the entire game. Higgsfield's own MCP generates all the 3D assets automatically. The result is a complete playable game with a shareable link - ready in minutes. No installation. No asset hunting. No manual modeling. Just one prompt. Type something like "create a low-poly island survival game" - and it builds the environments, characters, and story around it. Multiplayer enabled with one click. Built on Claude Fable 5. The most powerful AI model ever released. Publicly. 🔗 https://higgsfield.ai #AITools #AINews Follow AI Fuels for daily AI discoveries 🚀

Hit record at the start of your lecture. By the time class ends - your notes, flashcards and quiz are already ready. 🎙️🧠 It's called NoteHive AI - and it's completely free. You tap record at the start of class. After the lecture, the AI organizes everything into structured notes with key concepts highlighted, a flashcard deck, and a quiz - with zero manual steps in between. It also converts your notes into a podcast-style audio file you can listen to while commuting. For students spending 30-60 minutes daily on transit, that passive review adds up massively over a semester. Works on iOS, Android and web. Supports 80+ languages. Free tier includes unlimited recordings - no paywall mid-semester. This one is genuinely insane for anyone sitting in lectures every day. 🔗 https://notehive.app #AITools #ProductivityAI Follow AI Fuels for daily AI discoveries 🚀

Been digging around to find a way for you to try Claude Fable 5 for free and found something even better than expected. It's called GitLab. The platform where over 30 million developers host code, manage projects, review code, and ship software. Think GitHub but more powerful for teams. What most people don't know - GitLab has a built-in AI assistant called Duo Agent Platform - and as of June 9, it runs on Claude Fable 5. The most powerful publicly available AI model right now, baked directly into your coding workflow. It's available across all tiers through a free trial - meaning you can start using Fable 5 inside a real developer environment today, without paying for a Claude subscription. What it can do inside GitLab: → Complete complex multi-file code refactors in one pass → Investigate production incidents across your entire repo history → Review code and catch bugs that earlier models missed → Run multi-step tasks autonomously without you babysitting it Early testers reported building systems in a single pass that previously took days of back-and-forth. If you've been waiting to experience Fable 5 - this is your free entry point. 🔗 https://gitlab.com #AITools #CodingAI Follow AI Fuels for daily AI discoveries 🚀

Every AI lab spent billions making AI faster. One Stanford startup just scrapped the entire architecture instead. 🤯 It's called Mercury 2 - and it just changed how AI generates text at a fundamental level. Every AI model you've ever used - ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini - generates text one token at a time, left to right. Mercury 2 doesn't. It starts with a rough version of the complete answer and refines the whole thing in parallel - like an editor, not a typewriter. The result: 1,000 tokens per second. Ten times faster than comparable models. Answers that feel genuinely instant. Built by researchers from Stanford, UCLA, and Cornell - the same people behind foundational diffusion work that gave us Stable Diffusion and Midjourney. They just applied the same logic to language. Costs $0.25 per million tokens. That's not a typo. This isn't a faster model. It's a completely different kind of model. And it's available right now. 🔗 https://inceptionlabs.ai #AINews #AITools Follow AI Fuels for daily AI discoveries 🚀

The tool that just knocked Cursor off the #1 spot is completely free and open source.⚡ It's called OpenCode - and it just became the most adopted AI coding agent of June 2026 with 160,000 GitHub stars almost overnight. What makes it different from Cursor - it works with 75+ AI models simultaneously. Claude, GPT-5.5, Gemini, Grok - you're not locked into one. It picks the best model for each task automatically. Built for developers who want full control. Runs in your terminal. Air-gapped deployment for privacy. MIT licensed - use it however you want, forever. Cursor costs up to $200/month. OpenCode is $0. The best AI coding tool right now isn't behind a paywall. It's on GitHub. 🔗 https://github.com/sst/opencode #AITools #CodingAI Follow AI Fuels for daily AI discoveries 🚀

Google just made language barriers feel pointless. Gemini 3.5 Live Translate launched yesterday. A new audio model that translates your voice in real time across 70+ languages while preserving your exact tone, pace, and pitch. It doesn't wait for you to finish speaking. It translates continuously as you talk - staying just a few seconds behind, generating natural-sounding speech the whole way through. Google Meet is getting it too - previously supported just 5 languages. Now it unlocks 2,000+ language combinations in a single meeting. Available right now on Google Translate - Android and iOS. No sign-up required. Just open Google Translate, plug in your headphones, and start talking. #AITools #AINews Follow AI Fuels for daily AI discoveries 🚀

Anthropic just released Claude Fable 5 - the most powerful AI model ever made available to the public. Today. For months Mythos was locked behind Project Glasswing - shown only to governments, banks, and a handful of trusted organizations. Today it's yours. Claude Fable 5 scored 80.3% on SWE-Bench Pro - the gold standard coding benchmark. Opus 4.8 sits at 69.2%. GPT-5.5 at 58.6%. Gemini 3.1 Pro at 54.2%. That gap between Fable 5 and everything else is bigger than the gap between all of them combined. It's free for all Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise users until June 22. After that it requires usage credits until capacity catches up. What nobody is talking about: On sensitive cybersecurity and biology queries, Fable 5 silently routes your request to Opus 4.8 instead. The full model - Claude Mythos 5 - stays restricted to vetted cybersecurity professionals only. 1M token context window. 128K max output. $10 per million input tokens. Try it now - it's free until June 22. 🔗 https://claude.ai #AINews #Anthropic Follow AI Fuels for daily AI discoveries 🚀

Microsoft just launched an AI agent that keeps working even after you close your laptop. It's called Microsoft Scout - the first product in a brand new category Microsoft calls Autopilots. Always on. Always working. No repeated instructions needed. It lives inside Teams, Outlook, OneDrive and SharePoint - scheduling meetings, preparing materials, spotting stalled deadlines, and blocking calendar time for upcoming work. All automatically. Scout is built on OpenClaw. The same open-source framework that took the AI world by storm earlier this year before OpenAI acquired its founder. You name your Scout. You shape how it behaves. Over time it learns your work style and adapts. Currently in private preview for select Microsoft 365 enterprise customers. Broader rollout coming later in 2026. 🔗 https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/discussions/microsoft365copilot/microsoft-introduces-scout-the-always-on-personal-ai-agent/4525534 #AINews #AIAgents Follow AI Fuels for daily AI discoveries 🚀

A software engineer just built something that projects every plane flying over his house onto his ceiling - in real time. 🛸 It's called Skylight - and it went viral this week. A tiny $30 radio antenna picks up signals broadcast by every commercial plane overhead. A Raspberry Pi decodes it. A ceiling projector renders the aircraft gliding across your ceiling at the exact moment you hear it - labeled with the airline, aircraft type, and destination. It also shows the live sky behind the planes - stars, constellations, moon, and the ISS - all at their real positions for your location and time. Most of the code was written by Claude Code. The whole thing is fully open source on GitHub. You can even try it without any hardware using a free flight API. This is what happens when someone builds exactly what they wish existed. 👀 🔗 https://github.com/cpaczek/skylight #AINews #CodingAI Follow AI Fuels for daily AI discoveries 🚀

Engineers at Shopify, Midjourney, Samsung and Perplexity all use the same code editor. And an 8-year-old used it to build a chatbot in 45 minutes. It's called Cursor - the AI code editor that just hit $2 billion in annual revenue. The fastest growing SaaS product in history. It looks exactly like VS Code. Same extensions, same shortcuts, same everything. But underneath it's completely rebuilt around AI. You describe what you want in plain English. Cursor reads your entire codebase, understands the context, and edits multiple files simultaneously. What used to take an hour of refactoring takes 15 seconds in Composer mode. The Background Agents feature lets you spin up multiple AI agents working on separate tasks in parallel - while you focus on the hardest problem yourself. Claude, GPT-5, Gemini - all available inside one editor. It picks the best model for each task automatically. Developers report 25-35% faster output on average. Some report significantly more. Free to start. Pro is $20/month. 🔗 https://cursor.com #AITools #CodingAI Follow AI Fuels for daily AI discoveries 🚀

ChatGPT just got a memory upgrade that changes everything about how it knows you. 🧠 It's called Dreaming V3 - rolled out June 4, 2026. The old memory system only remembered what you explicitly told it to. Dreaming works in the background, reading through your entire conversation history automatically and building a living picture of who you are - your preferences, your plans, your lifestyle without you doing anything. It even updates itself over time. If you told it you were going to Singapore in July, it'll later revise that to "went to Singapore" once the trip ends. ChatGPT is now genuinely keeping up with your life. Plus and Pro users in the US get it now. Free users coming in the next few weeks. 🔗 https://openai.com/index/chatgpt-memory-dreaming #AINews #AITools Follow AI Fuels for daily AI discoveries 🚀

What if you never had to organize your notes, files, or bookmarks ever again? That's the entire idea behind Fabric - and it's one of the most underrated AI tools of 2026. Drop anything into it. A PDF, a YouTube link, a voice memo, a screenshot, a research paper. Fabric's AI reads everything, understands how it all connects, and surfaces the right thing at the right time automatically. No folders. No tags. No manual sorting. You just save things and ask questions later. Working on a project about AI? Fabric will find every note, article, and video you saved months ago that's related - without you searching for it. It thinks like a research assistant that remembers everything you've ever saved. The AI search feels less like a database and more like asking a smart colleague who's read all your files. Free plan available. 🔗 https://fabric.so #AITools #ProductivityAI Follow AI Fuels for daily AI discoveries 🚀

Nobody should be spending hours building presentations in 2026. This tool does it in 60 seconds. 🎯 It's called Gamma - and 70 million people are quietly using it while everyone else is still fighting with PowerPoint. Type a topic, paste your notes, or describe what you need. Gamma reads it, structures the content, designs the layout, picks the images, and delivers a complete polished presentation in under a minute. No design skills needed. No slide-by-slide building. What makes it genuinely different is how the output looks. Most AI tools produce generic bullet-heavy slides that scream "AI made this." Gamma's first drafts look like a thoughtful human spent 90 minutes on them. And it's not just presentations anymore - same tool, same prompt, and you get a document, a website, or social graphics too. 70 million users. $100M revenue. $2.1B valuation. Free to start. 🔗 https://gamma.app #AITools #ProductivityAI Follow AI Fuels for daily AI discoveries 🚀
