to add onto it ^^ To clear myself up and to clear sora up. apparently cmkco was a ratter who se'd us to get access to the channel posting perms and he posted "roblox.zip" which apparently was malware and tricked ppl into scanning the dll instead of the actual exe in the folder, i fell victim and my pc was also ratted (he didnt really access anything in time on me so no need to worry) if you downloaded roblox.zip delete it asap as we werent really aware and we left it up for a entire night, this is exactly why we dont give random people perms to speak. if a file in this channel isnt posted by me or sora, do not use it or scan it heavily before use.

The DLL is actually a legitimate library from the official Roblox launcher. No trace of hidden functionality such as an "ALT+L" shortcut was found within it; the nigga ("JK") who claimed this file needed to be checked directed attention to the wrong component The actual malicious executable is RobloxInstaller.exe. It is a stealer: upon execution, it installs the genuine Roblox client alongside itself (to avoid arousing suspicion) and drops a second malicious executable in the background

- Anti-VM/anti-sandbox techniques: detection of VirtualBox (ACPI keys, Guest Additions), VMware Tools, and Wine (sometimes used as a sandboxing environment).
- System location check via the registry (Control Panel\International\Geo\Nation) likely geofencing to target or avoid specific countries.
- Execution of the dropped binary (RobloxPlayerInstaller-T7QM8Y68KP.exe), loading of additional DLLs (28 IoCs), and, notably, reading of browser profile data (passwords, cookies, stored credentials) behavior typical of an infostealer targeting credentials stored in browsers

Conclusion : treat the file as an active stealer, not merely a harmless loader The DLL is just a decoy or distraction the real danger is the main executable and yea there is no fucking larp in it
