Radical Islam wants to expand, it’s in their nature." Technically, this is correct, since in 1997, the Cohen Modal Haplotype recast J1/J2a Arabs as Jews, increasing the umbrella 10x. Orpheus: I disagree that the word Jew comes from Yehuda If you apply rules of linguistics/phonetics, Ioudaios/Iudaeus more logically come from Iudumea. I contend that there is a conspiracy to publish false narratives about the origin of the word Jew to hide its origin from Idumea. I believe the publishers were corrupted and that a reasonable linguist would find the link to Idumea, not Yehuda. The link between Idumea, Iudumea, Yidumea, and Yiddomite to "Iudaeus", logically, follows common linguistics/phonetics methods for derivations of words. I'm talking about the ethnogenesis of the Jews as Idumeans (G-M377) mixed with Jebusites, Babylonians, Canaanites, Philistines, etc, adding the J1, J2, E1b1b components to the cult. The Idumeans also called Yiddemu, which sounds like Yiddish. Yiddemu is from Isaiah 21. I believe Yiddemu or Yiudumean is the source of Yiddish and that "Yid" referred to Idumean. Idumean would have been similar to Hellenized Hebrew. I don't buy the ~8k BP narrative. I believe Haplogroup G2b G-M377 was literally Esau. The etymological linkage from Yehuda to Jüdisch to Jew is false and forced.  Udumu, Yiddemu, Yidumea, Idumea, "Iude" (short for Iudumean), are all more logical origins for Yid, Iude, Jude, Jeuue, Jewe, Jüdisch, Jew, and other intermediaries/variants. Haplogroup G2b G-M377 surnames include Roth, Herzl, Schwartz (real name of both Schwab and Soros), Friedman, Cohen, Fink, Zuckerberg, Goldberg, Greenberg, Rubin, Rosen, Cooper, Miller, Khan, Smith, Brown, Fox, Simon and others.
