| 16 | Many of you did mark correct answer. But many confused it with other fiscal crowding out. Fiscal crowding out happens when government borrowing takes out capital from the market leaving very little fr private sector ( different concept).
Weak monetary transmission (correct answer) happens because comercial banks are who are closely associated with common people know whether situation is favourable to inject more money in the market or not so they hold on to fund.
There also have been a different issue in American economy and politics because of this issue. Fed reserves (by American Central Bank) did quantitative easing by injecting dollers in the market but only assets managing companies or hedge funds had the capacity to use that fund to invest but common people didn't so it became a big issue because injecting money into the market leads to inflation which doesn't affect rich people.
