Apparently there has been a theft or two from our founders coin fundraiser through USPS, if for any reason your package was affected please email admin@shfusa.org to let me know.

Our friends at The Celtic Connection of the Black Hills have given another very generous donation for our Sumarmál event! Let's show some support back by leaving reviews thanking them for their generosity. The owner said to me "what you are doing is important and we are thankful" as she gave me two grocery bags filled with gifts. https://share.google/SKXxmX520XidI56YL

Okay so I found out what I did wrong with our shfusa.org site and Google workspace. It's all being fixed so if you didn't get emails for donations or anything I apologize! It will all be fixed today.

What is Sumarmál? Sumarmál, meaning "Summer’s Meal," is one of the three Veizla (festivals) we are instructed to observe throughout the year. In Chapter 8 of the Ynglingasaga, it is written: 8. Odin's Lawgiving Odin established the same law in his land that had been in force in Asaland... On winter day, there should be a blood-sacrifice for a good year, and in the middle of winter, for a good crop; and the third sacrifice should be on summer day, for victory in battle... Sumarmál marks the beginning of summer, a time to honor Odin with offerings for victory in battle and the betterment of the folk. This sacred observance is known as Sigrblót, the specific blót we perform during Sumarmál to seek Odin's favor for victory and the betterment of the folk. During this rite, each person should reflect on what offerings they wish to give to Odin in hopes of receiving his blessings. Offerings can vary widely, including drinks such as mead, wine, beer, or milk, as well as foods or meaningful material goods. The focus is on giving with sincerity and purpose, aligning one’s offering with the desire for victory and the well-being of the community.

Offerings at Rituals Before each blót, we should take time to reflect on the nature and purpose of the rite, and consider what offerings best align with its intent. Offerings may include food, drink, or handcrafted items—anything given in reverence and sincerity. These gifts are meant to be dedicated through ritual acts such as burning in the sacred fire, casting into water, hanging from trees, or pouring onto the earth as libation. During Sigrblót, a rite dedicated to victory, special attention should be given to offerings made to Odin. This is an ideal time to honor him with meaningful gifts and seek his blessings for strength, success, and triumph. The important thing is to make sure your offering helps contribute to the overall success of the event.

To mark the founding of the Sedian Heritage Foundation, we created a limited edition 2" Founder’s Challenge Coin featuring our seal and the words “Strength Through Tradition.” Only a limited number will be produced. For those who choose to step forward, a $100 donation will receive one of these coins as a thank-you gift while supplies last. This is a chance to take part in the early foundation of what we are building. Your support directly helps us expand educational programs, host events, and establish long-term projects rooted in our traditions. https://share.google/Se3x1gHzVcRMDly9a

Also check your spam folders and please mark not spam. It's a new domain and it takes some time to be recognized as legitimate from what I have read.

To those who have donated, I just found out the automated emails stopped working. I'm fixing this! I apologize but I have a record of everyone and everything so don't worry!

The Sedian Heritage Foundation is now officially a 501(c)(3) public charity. This marks the beginning of something much larger. The structure is in place, the mission is clear, and the path forward is open. Now we build.

Today we received a generous donation from Two Ravens Tattoo in Hurricane, Utah. The owner recently ran a flash art fundraiser and donated a portion of the proceeds to support our work and help us continue building toward our goals. We are grateful for their continued support. Whether it’s donating shirts for kids, contributing artwork like our logo, or stepping up financially when it matters, they have consistently shown a willingness to give back. This is what it looks like when a business stands behind its community. We do not take this kind of support lightly, and it is deeply valued. If you believe in what we are building, consider supporting the foundation. Whether through donations, attending events, or simply sharing our work, every bit helps us move forward. Support those who step up for the community, and help us keep building something that lasts. Two Ravens Tattoo - Custom Tattoos & Apparel in Hurricane, Utah https://share.google/nQACK960Tqinf8wOt

Well many of those went quickly but we're ordering more large and XL today. It'll be a few days but we will have them shortly!
