He states that the restriction is set to 100 miles per hour (161 km/h), and that the Ukrainian military was not notified of this restriction beforehand, resulting in the disruption of several drone missions. He claims that this action was politically motivated due to ongoing events regarding the U.S., and was not coincidental. Earlier, Serhii Sternenko, who is an Adviser to the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence, accused the Trump administration of likely instructing SpaceX to cut off Starlink access to Ukraine.
