✨HERITAGE REFLECTIONS While you are drowning in your anxiety, Allah is arranging your affairs. When the Prophet ﷺ was in the cave during the Hijrah—a moment of extreme "anxiety" and physical danger—he did not focus on the enemies outside. He focused on the "Arranger" of affairs: ​لَا تَحْزَنْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ مَعَنَا "Do not worry; indeed Allah is with us." (Quran 9:40) ​There is a famous saying by Ibn 'Ata'illah al-Iskandari in his Hikam: ​"Relieve yourself of the worry of 'Tadbeer (planning/managing). For that which someone else (Allah) is doing for you, you do not need to do for yourself." #heritage_reflections
