You give up everything, even yourself, for that one person. But what about them?
You try so hard to make things work and stay together. But what about them?
I don’t know. All I know is that you’re always the one begging to be treated right, and you’re always the one who ends up hurting.
Half the people in this world are in relationships like this, but they just can’t seem to let go.
Meanwhile, the other person disappears from your life over the smallest excuse.
You know why?
Because they don’t want you.
And everyone keeps saying, “There are so many other people out there. Just let them go.”
But what they don’t understand is that, to us, maybe no one else could ever take their place.
Even with all their flaws.
