In the past month, I've been building an Al-powered business lead generation and outreach system designed to help businesses automate client discovery and communication. One of the most interesting features is Al-based website scraping. For example, a user can request: "Find 10 hotels in Addis Ababa" The system then: -Searches and collects relevant business websites -Extracts business emails, phone numbers, locations, and categories -Stores everything in a structured database -Analyzes website performance and quality -Uses Al to generate personalized outreach emails The platform also supports bulk email sending, making it easier for businesses to reach potential clients at scale. I believe systems like this can help many businesses in our country improve digital communication, marketing, customer reach, and overall online growth through modern technology and Al automation.

This era is the technology era. And this technology era is changed through time. We have to go forward with this era. You have not to be computing student to use technology either you are already tech student or also engineering student, you use technology in your field. As a Muslim we have to adapt it. In the current tech world, learning only is not enough. You've to adapt any programing language when you want and we have to be fast learner , adapt changes ... inorder to go with this tech environment. This sample was SaaS PMS(property management system) i built for my client.....btw በጣም ነው ሚጨነቁት for UI/UX እና ብዙ ነገር notice አርጊያለው ከኛ ሀገር system'och ምን ያህል እንደራቁን most of the time የኛ ሀገር ሰው ሚጨነቀው about performance ነው(performance is the main thing but....) ልብ ብላቹ ከሆነ large Ethiopian government or company system, their UI/UX designs r poor idk why i think they use dev's for designing the UI😁 እንጂማ skilled designer ሞልቶን

I have observed two major pitfalls among junior developers. Self-taught developers often struggle to find the right resources and maintain consistency. Mentor-guided developers, on the other hand, frequently lack initiative. they wait for instructions rather than actively seeking knowledge beyond their assigned tasks. To any developer whether self-taught or mentor guided,remember that your growth depends entirely on your internal drive, your commitment to change and the sacrifices you are willing to make. If you are just starting this tech journey, be honest with yourself. What do you want? What is your roadmap? How much are you willing to sacrifice? If you have already started but feel lost, pause and reflect. Remind yourself why you began this journey in the first place, and consider the sacrifices your family is making for your success. Above all,know your "Why."
