I was reading the book 'man's search for meaning' by victor frankl and shortly after came across this quote from the book on pinterest and i wanna say a thing or two regarding the last four lines... My idea is true success doesn’t belong to those who chase it with desperation, it gravitates toward those who simply exist in their craft and keep moving, indifferent to the labels of 'winning.' We have to wonder: was Einstein trying to be successful, or was he simply being a physicist? The irony of modern ambition is that everyone is obsessed with the proclamation shouting about grand visions and monumental scale while forgetting that greatness is a byproduct of presence. You don’t achieve brilliance by thinking about it twenty four hours a day, that is merely anxiety disguised as drive. Motivation is a fickle, short term fuel, but 'being' is sustainable. Real success finds the person who isn't looking for the exit.
