The biggest red flag about me that nobody knows is that:
“I don’t actually have a reason to stay up so late. I just keep myself busy with something until I’m so tired that the moment my head hits the pillow, I fall asleep.”
Why?
Because I’m scared of thinking, facing my pain, and dealing with everything else.
