You don't have to enjoy fanfics it's not for everyone plus not all fanfics are smut😭 Some ffs are better than written books

I don’t mind characters being inspired from another author’s work what bothers me is that they take the exact same character through non-original events

And no this has nothing to do with the smut I just feel like I’m seeing an author’s work being violated

Is it neurodivergent or it was normal to feel too embarrassed and ashamed to read fanfics

I created that character using my mental illnesses, traumas, life experiences and a whole sum up of all the arts I watched or read or listened to you don’t have the right to take that and use it in events you created

If I was an author and someone wrote a different storyline about my characters I’d be so pissed

Shoot me in the head fanfics in general are weird

Can I add that fanfics about real people are fucking weird and incredibly disrespectful
