Twinkle (とぅいんくる), 2006
Now this is a pretty interesting case.
In August 2006, in Asian territories, the publisher GaiaX released an open beta for an upcoming multiplayer game called Twinkle.
The game was presented as "the cutest racing game ever", and its main public was the youth of Akihabara and neighboring zones.
After the open beta, the game completely disappeared from existence, and nowadays it's really hard to find any information about it.
