While I'm reading, I take their presence for granted because I know there's always another chapter waiting for me. Another conversation, another scene, another piece of their story. But the moment I turn the last page, it hits me that there isn't anything left.

Finishing a book is bittersweet. You get the closure you wanted, but then you realize you have to say goodbye to characters who felt like real people for a while.

Haven't read god of war because I'm not ready to let them go
