🗓 Crypto News: Weekly Overview
July 14 – 20
It’s Monday again, so here’s our weekly digest of key events in the crypto market. Let’s take a look at what happened over the past week.
🔹 A solo miner using a Bitaxe device successfully mined Bitcoin block #957,382 through Public Pool, earning a reward of 3.1382 BTC (around $200,000). The miner's equipment ran for about eight hours with an average hashrate of less than 1 TH/s. At that level of computing power, the statistical chance of finding a block is roughly once every 18,000 years.
🔹 The Bitcoin Coinbase Premium Index has remained in negative territory for 60 consecutive days, setting a new all-time record. This suggests weaker buying pressure from Coinbase users compared to other major exchanges.
🔹 Bitcoin miners have shown almost no support for the BIP-110 soft fork proposal. None of the major mining pools have signaled support, and current signaling remains at around 1%. The proposal aims to temporarily limit non-payment data stored in Bitcoin transactions by restricting OP_RETURN, blocking most data fragments larger than 256 bytes, and prohibiting certain script formats used for data storage.
🔹 From July 13 to July 17, spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded $75.5 million in net inflows, marking their second consecutive week of positive flows.
We'll be back soon with more updates – until then, stay tuned!

🫶 What is checking whether mining proof is correct called?
👉 Proof Validation
Proof validation is the process of verifying that a miner's proof of work meets the Bitcoin network's difficulty requirements. Before a new block is accepted, every node independently checks that the proof is valid.
🚀 Every new block must pass proof validation – and every day is a new chance to collect more XP in ECOS GAME.Combo Code: 580432 ❤️ ECOSMiningGamebot
🫶 A New Block Every 10 Minutes
On average, a new Bitcoin block is added to the blockchain every 10 minutes.
☝️ Here's the fascinating part: no one controls this timer.
If miners around the world start finding blocks too quickly, the Bitcoin network automatically increases the mining difficulty. If blocks are found too slowly, it reduces the difficulty. This adjustment takes place every 2,016 blocks (approximately every two weeks), helping Bitcoin maintain a consistent block production rate regardless of how many miners join or leave the network.
🟠 It's one of the core mechanisms that keeps Bitcoin stable, predictable, and decentralized.

🤓 What term describes randomness used in cryptographic systems?
👉 Entropy
Entropy is the measure of randomness used in cryptographic systems. It plays a crucial role in generating secure private keys, seed phrases, and other cryptographic values that protect Bitcoin and other digital assets.
👏 Strong entropy helps keep your crypto secure – and a quick stop by ECOS GAME helps keep your XP growing every day.Combo Code: 964721 ❤️ ECOSMiningGamebot
🚀 What is one repeated round of mining activity called?
👉 Mining Cycle
A mining cycle is one complete round of mining activity, during which mining hardware processes hash calculations in an attempt to find a valid block. This cycle repeats continuously as long as the miner is operating.
🫶 Mining never stops cycling — and neither should your XP growth in ECOS GAME. Log in and claim your daily rewards.Combo Code: 135806 ❤️ ECOSMiningGamebot
🔎 What is hashing the block header called?
👉 Header Hashing
Header hashing is the process of repeatedly hashing a Bitcoin block header in search of a hash that meets the network's difficulty target. This is the core operation performed by miners during the mining process.
🫶 Miners perform trillions of header hashes to find a new block – and you only need a few seconds to collect your daily XP in ECOS GAME.Combo Code: 789315 ❤️ ECOSMiningGamebot
🗓 Crypto News: Weekly Overview
July 6 – 13
It’s Monday again, so here’s our weekly digest of key events in the crypto market. Let’s take a look at what happened over the past week.
🔹 The United States is officially embracing crypto. SEC Chairman Paul Atkins confirmed that the agency is carrying out President Trump's initiative to make the U.S. the "crypto capital of the world." The SEC has released its 2026 regulatory roadmap, signaling a shift from enforcement-driven actions toward clearer rules for the digital asset industry.
🔹 Earlier this week, Strategy sold 3,588 BTC worth approximately $226 million. However, JPMorgan analysts believe that these periodic Bitcoin sales are not the market's biggest concern. According to The Block, the real long-term risk lies in the rapid development of private blockchain infrastructure.
🔹 Leading U.S. Bitcoin mining company MARA Holdings announced plans to invest up to $600 million in a new facility dedicated to both AI computing and Bitcoin mining.
🔹 The crypto market has now posted negative returns for three consecutive quarters, marking its longest losing streak since 2022. Analysts believe this could indicate that the market is approaching a bottom, potentially setting the stage for a future recovery.
We'll be back soon with more updates – until then, stay tuned!

🫶 What is the process of assigning mining tasks across workers called?
👉 Work Distribution
Work distribution is the process of assigning mining tasks to individual workers in a mining pool.
It ensures that each miner receives a unique portion of work, allowing the pool to use its combined computing power efficiently without duplicating effort.
🧁 Efficient work distribution helps miners maximize performance — and every visit to ECOS GAME brings you closer to earning more XP.Combo Code: 250947 ❤️ ECOSMiningGamebot
🫶 What is the full range of nonce values miners can test called?
👉 Nonce Space
Nonce space is the complete range of nonce values that miners can test while searching for a valid block hash. Once all standard nonce values have been exhausted, miners modify the ExtraNonce to create a new nonce space and continue the search.
The larger the nonce space, the more chances miners have to find a valid block — and your next XP is waiting for you in ECOS GAME.Combo Code: 613508 ❤️ ECOSMiningGamebot
🫶 What is one try to find a valid hash called?
