Exactly a yr ago on Meskerem 5 (Sept 15), the 2017 E.C. gr 12 batch EUEE results were released. Before that there was a press conference given by Pr. Birhanu Nega and he said that this yr's pass rate was only 8.4%. I was really happy that our batch did better than the previous yrs😁 But yea I was really stressed. I mean it wasn't only about me. It was about my family, relatives, church community, and friends..... They were all like "u r gonna make us proud"h, the stress that comes from those words is indescribable😭That day I tried so many times to check my result but Tele was doing its thing😂when I got tired, I slept at 5:00LT bcuz I was rly stressed plus people kept calling me repeatedly Then my dad's call woke me up. I was sleepy and talking to him slowly and then he said, "congratulations, u passed"I immediately woke up and said, "say it again" he said it again: "u passed" I was in tears fr😭I didn't even care about my actual result. I just wanted to pass. Becuz I knew I'd be screwed if I didn't😂I jumped out of bed checked my result and yea, I had passed. My mom was at work, my dad was in Harar, and my brothers were.....idk😂So I enjoyed it alone at home by praising the Lord❤️I know my result wasn't as good as I thought it would be but yea Egziabher Yimesgen. Above all, I was rly happy that I made my parents proud That was also the day I heard my dad say "congratulations" to me😁. yk, he's kinda a cool dad. He never expresses his feelings with words, and honestly, he's not good at saying his love out loud. He even posted me on his Facebook, w/c was something he had never done😂and something I never imagined he'd do. Btw my mom is always happy with whatever result I get, but my dad has higher standards and is never rly happy with small achievements. Idk if he's just hiding it or what but I've never rly seen him appreciate me And my lil brothers were rly proud too. They were mentioning me to their friends and even bargaining with them😁Anyway as long as my family is proud of me, I need nothing❤️ And on that same day my aunt gave birth to a lovely baby boy named Robel (Babuja😁). u guys don't know how much I love this lil human being🫶somehow he looks like a Chinese baby to me😂

2018 was the yr my hair really got destroyed😭i wanted it to be longer(ngl I was also cutting it😭) but I somehow ended up with afro hair......my hair used to be small in volume, but now it’s a whole forest🤦‍♀anyway am trying to deal with it

We were working on an AI project that was wrapping up quickly, so we shifted focus to a hackathon game idea pitched by @atocodes Voxide was featured in the hackathon. Integrating it into the game was not strictly required, and when @miheretabtrysstuff told me it could not be done, I took that as a challenge. I started building a Godot integration, originally just aiming to use voice in our game's main menu. Along the way, it turned into a complete, modular plugin that any game developer can drop into their own game.
