hello everyone, now that we have settled most of the payments/refunds/allocation of the International Bookfair we will like to take sometime to speak about things that happen over a period of time of this HTB/GO/SHARING service. first of all, we will like to inform everyone officially that the admins behind Tomato Basket is an individual person who is a FULL TIME WORKING ADULT and i am doing this out of love and support for the artists i like just like everyone here. the reason behind opening HTB/PO service is because i have 0 patience to wait for a long period of time for the items i want. most HTB/GO services will requires shipping to SG after accumulating the weights (which totally make sense) but that usually takes a while and its on top of the PO waiting period. since admin frequent travel to BKK and have friends who frequent BKK too, i have decided to restart this channel in hope to get all the items to you fans at the quickest time possible therefore you'll see the payment are always OTP. maybe to some of you it feels like the price is higher that others FP but Tomato Basket prices are OTP which honestly barely helps with baggage price nor the amount of time i take as an individual to pack and bring back everything, im not trying to complain or anything but please do stand in my POV and everyone HTB/GO service out there POV too when you speak to us or request a favor from us. just for everyone additional information, admin usually pack the items and get it mailed to you within the same week of item arrival to SG which means i stayed up late despite having work early the next day just to ensure everything reaches all of you are the quickest time possible. okayy enough whining about the backstory of this channel 🥲 here let me share what have happened frequently in this past months: 1. it clearly stated in all post that NO BACK OUT NO DELETE COMMENT NO EDIT COMMENT. (excluding those that admin allowed/dm to do so) we have seen/received multiple dm regarding this and we have already closed 1 eye on such things happening but what cannot and will never be accepted moving forward is backing out when payment message is sent to you. payment details set = your purchase/claims have been officially indicated into an excel where orders are track = admin have took the time to ensure your orders are not missed out moving foward, we will blacklist immediately if such things happen again. 2. speaking with disrespect. kindly remember YOUR ATTITUDE = MY ATTITUDE please please ah for real, every HTB/PO service are doing our best to provide the best service for you so do treat us with respect like how you would to anyone out there in the world. 3. meet-ups. throughout this whole service i have been very kindly providing meet-up sessions which we will officially remove going forward, meet up will only be available at events/fanmeet/concerts that admin will be attending or your items are too big to fit into the mailbox. there were too many bad experience in holding a meet-up therefore to not waste anyone's time admin will officially remove this service. that's all for now. overall obviously other than these few incidents, there were MANY MANY of you that have been really nice and patient with admin and i am super grateful for that 🙏🏻 and the new friendship that was built through this is something i really appreciate and cherish ❤️ stay tune for the giveaway that will be coming up real soon ~~
