In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful
To the passionate and loyal nation of Iran,
As you have been informed, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the presidents of Iran and the United States of America. In the course of reaching this stage, the officials in charge, out of sincere concern and goodwill, made extensive efforts—and of course, it was the American president who, out of desperation, used all kinds of leverage to bring this about.
I, as a matter of principle, held a different view; however, out of the commitment that the esteemed president—as the head of the Supreme National Security Council—gave to me on his own behalf and on behalf of the other members regarding the safeguarding of the rights of the Iranian nation and the Resistance Front, and his explicit acceptance of that responsibility, I granted my permission. He also explicitly stated that if the American side seeks to make excessive demands, they will not submit to them.
From this moment on, we—that is, you, the proud nation, and this humble servant—will await the realization of the aforementioned conditions.
However, it is self-evident that the in-person negotiations that will take place in the future will not mean acceptance of the enemy's position. We hope that the blessed prayers of our Master (may God hasten his noble reappearance) will bring all kinds of victories and triumphs to the honorable nation of Iran.

📝 "Among the faithful are men who fulfill what they have pledged to Allah: there are some among them who have fulfilled their pledge, and some of them who still wait, and they have not changed in the least" (Quran, 33:23)
🔹️Following the ascension of the supreme religious authority of the Shia world, the wise Leader of the Islamic Revolution, and the standard‑bearer of the Front of Truth and Resistance — the Mujahid Martyr Imam, Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Hosseini Khamenei (may God sanctify his pure soul) — the Muslim world is in mourning for the loss of a great man who spent his entire blessed life elevating the Word of Truth, defending Islam, serving the people, and guiding the Islamic Ummah. The martyred Leader, with unwavering faith, sincere struggle, patient steadfastness, and divine insight, always kept high the flag of the independence of beloved Iran, the guidance and dignity of the Islamic Ummah. The name and memory of that unparalleled figure of his era will endure in the history of beloved Iran, the Muslim world, and the hearts of free people everywhere.
🖼The Committee for the Commemoration of the Ascension of the Mujahid Martyr Imam, Grand Ayatollah Khamenei (may God elevate his noble station), while offering its condolences to the blessed presence of the Master of the Age [Imam Mahdi] (may God hasten his noble reappearance), to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei (may his shadow endure), and to all free nations and those devoted to the path of Truth, expresses its deep gratitude and appreciation for the fervent and loyal presence of the divinely raised people of Islamic Iran and all those devoted to Islam and the Islamic Revolution.

Commending his scholarly services in the Islamic seminary and in guiding others, the Leader has expressed his sympathy to the seminary of the holy city of Najaf, to his followers and admirers, to the people of Afghanistan, and to the late Authority's family.

"Indeed, we belong to Allah, and indeed, to Him we shall return" (Quran, 2:156).
🔹The news of the passing of the prominent Religious Authority, Ayatollah Hajj Sheikh Ishaq Fayyaz (may his soul be sanctified), has caused great sorrow and grief, and it has left the seminaries — especially the holy seminary of Najaf — in mourning.
🔹His many years of being in the holy seminary of Najaf and benefiting from the great scholars there — such as the late Ayatollah Sayyid Abu al‑Qasim Khoei (may God's mercy be upon him) — training students, writing books, supervising scholarly life in that seminary, and guiding the faithful and his followers, are only a part of the legacy of this jurist. These services will never be forgotten, and his righteous works will endure, God willing.
🔹I offer my condolences for this painful loss to the seminary of Najaf, to all the followers and admirers of this late Religious Authority, to particularly the resilient, steadfast people of Afghanistan, and to his honorable family. I pray to Almighty God to grant the departed a high station in paradise, the company of those closest to Him, and to bestow patience and a great reward on the bereaved.

🔻 Accordingly, Hujjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen Hossein Rahimian, Mohammad Jafari Gilani, Mohi al-Din Makarem Shirazi, Ghadam-Ali Eshaghian, Mohammad Mehdi Haqqani, and Mohammad Hossein Ehsani — along with the representative of the Hawzah Management Center of Qom, the representative of the Hawzah of Khorasan, and the head of Al-Mustafa International University — have been appointed as members of the Board of Directors of the Hawzah Services Center.
🗒 A ceremony to bid farewell to the outgoing members and to introduce the new board was convened in the early days of June of this year.
