30 PRINCIPLES OF A WISE LIFE:
1. Let people and situations go. Don’t replay every possible scenario. It happened as it happened. When letting go feels hard, ask yourself two questions: Will this matter in five years? If I were flying tonight to Buenos Aires (or any dream place), would I take this problem with me?
2. At the end of each week, answer these questions: What did I learn last week? What was my biggest achievement? What moment was the most memorable, and why? Did I waste time on something? If yes, what was it?
3. Mind your appearance. Always be ready for new achievements and unexpected meetings. “Hello! It’s hard to believe… I’ve dreamed of meeting you my whole life! Um… sorry, I don’t look my best today… I’m a bit tangled up…”
4. Stop whining and don’t complain about fate. Stand up, go, and do whatever needs doing.
5. Travel! Twice a year, go somewhere you’ve never been. Travel helps you discover yourself.
6. Let yourself make mistakes. If you miss something, learn the lesson. A mistake is a great opportunity for growth.
7. Develop your individuality. You are who you are. Don’t compete with others—compete only with yourself.
8. Make decisions on your own. Don’t follow someone else’s recipe.
9. Don’t impose yourself. The world is vast—there’s someone who will be happy to receive your perspective and your smile.
10. Meditate every day. Learn to relax and focus.
11. Smile when things don’t go as planned. Remember, not getting what you want can be good luck.
12. Learn to say “NO.” Don’t fear turning people down. “Would you like to drop by for a courtesy visit?” No? No!
