I'm back.

I have filed an application with the High Court of Australia challenging the Hate Group Legislation and seeking immediate injunctive relief. The aim of the injunction is to prevent the Government from using this legislation to arrest or imprison me while the High Court determines this legislation's constitutional validity. The Injunctive Relief application should be heard this Thursday by High Court Justice Jagot. If the application is successful, it means that I, and the almost 2,000 former members and a further 3,000 former associates will be temporarily immune to the Hate Group Legislation passed by the Labor Party this year. Roughly 5,000 White Australians may be directly affected by the outcome of Thursday's hearing. The case for political rights for White Australians is ultimately a question as to whether we are to become second class citizens in our own country, or whether the Constitution affords us the legal protection to advocate for our own right to exist. Most Australians have not yet fully understood the gravity of the legislation that the current Government has passed. If unchallenged it means that only "protected classes" of people in Australia have the privilege of political communication. The High Court will ultimately have to make a decision as to whether we live in a Multicultural tyranny, in which our rights end where the offence of others begins, or whether White Australians can lawfully assert their Will on Parliament.

It’s curious language, to say this group is “fighting for its right to exist in the High Court”… As though lawmakers can just edit or delete any collective idea or feeling like it’s data. Writing new laws doesn’t add or remove matter from the world. Every person from that group still exists. They’re still in society and their views are probably more entrenched than ever. Except now they’re not legally permitted to express themselves or do much of anything. There’s no likeminded community allowed, no BBQ’s, no protesting, and no clear path to follow. They can’t even go to the gym together without risking years in prison. Ryan Turner, a 30-year-old British Army veteran, is facing deportation from Australia and needs your help! Ryan attended the March For Australia on 31 August 2025 in Perth. He shared nationalist views and supported our cause. While at the event, he approached members of the now-disbanded National Socialist Network (NSN) purely out of curiosity. He never joined the organisation however he offered them cheap boxing lessons. On the 6th of January 2026, Australian Border Force officers raided his home and took him into custody. He was transferred in handcuffs to Yongah Hill Immigration Detention Centre. Ryan’s visa was cancelled for “failing the character test” due to his alleged links to the now-disbanded NSN, who he only provided occasional boxing coaching and did not participate in any of the group’s demonstrations or commit any criminal offences. He has not been charged with any crime, yet he is being held in general population alongside serious offenders including rapists and murderers. Ryan has now spent over three months in detention at Yongah Hill. He recently marked his 30th birthday behind bars. Despite his struggles he remains determined to fight the unjust decision made under Immigration Minister Tony Burke. Ryan has already spent his entire life savings of $25,000 on legal fees but is still short around $15,000 for the full cost of his case. He is expected to remain in detention for a year or more while his matter proceeds through the system. Everyone needs a laugh right now. I watched this when I was 18, and it’s crazy how much things have changed. Back then, being offended was the joke now it’s a legal charge. We went from laughing at sensitive people to making their feelings a crime. Society is worse off for it. Despite all the censoring, people are more offended than ever. Several members of the disbanded NSN were in court today for the start of a 5 day trial in regards to them booing the welcome to country at last year's dawn service. The men involved have been charged with behaving in an offensive manner, and two counts of breaching the Shrine of Remembrance Regulations Act. I hope day 1 ran smoothly for them.
