ISI PERJANJIAN KERJA SAMA Isi perjanjian kerja sama ini meliputi ketentuan sebagai berikut: PASAL 1 — RUANG LINGKUP KERJA SAMA 1. PIHAK KEDUA @Pantiasuhanlotus Mendukung proses pengadopsian anak dengan menyediakan informasi dan data anak yang tercantum pada @infopantilotus. 3. KEDUA PIHAK Bertanggung jawab memberikan pendampingan awal kepada pihak yang ingin melakukan proses adopsi, sesuai dengan data, jadwal interaksi, dan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan. PASAL 2 — KETENTUAN PELAKSANAAN Seluruh proses yang berkaitan dengan pengadopsian anak dilaksanakan melalui koordinasi antara PIHAK PERTAMA dan PIHAK KEDUA, guna memastikan proses berjalan dengan baik, tertib, dan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang telah disepakati bersama. PASAL 3 — HAK DAN KEWAJIBAN Masing-masing pihak wajib menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawab sesuai dengan peran yang telah disepakati serta saling memberikan informasi yang diperlukan selama proses pengadopsian berlangsung. Setiap perubahan terhadap ketentuan dalam perjanjian ini wajib dikomunikasikan dan disepakati bersama oleh PIHAK PERTAMA dan PIHAK KEDUA. Demikian Surat Perjanjian Kerja Sama ini dibuat dengan sebenar-benarnya dan telah disepakati oleh kedua pihak untuk dilaksanakan sebagaimana mestinya.
