If you are unable to participate in the tournament and would like to request a refund of your tournament fees, please send an email to: reg@i-bg-federation.com Subject line: Refund Please include the following information in your email: • Full name • Country • Attach scanned receipts for the tournaments you have paid for Please note that the refund cannot be issued in full. A 3.5% bank commission is charged during the payment process and is non-refundable. In addition, 12% VAT is withheld. Therefore, the total commission amounts to 15.5%.
