You can communicate with them by email so you can send the verification video. Use the email address of the Instagram account that is locked out or suspended. They will send a verification code to that email address. Once you receive the code, write it on a piece of paper and record a video following all of their instructions, such as showing the handwritten code and moving your head left and right as requested. Then reply to the email containing the verification code and attach the video, using this message: Hello, Thank you for your response. I have attached the requested verification video regarding my Instagram account @USERNAME. I followed all of the instructions carefully, including writing the verification code by hand and recording the video as requested. I kindly ask you to review the video and restore access to my account as soon as possible if everything is verified successfully. Thank you for your time and assistance. Best regards, Account: @USERNAME That's it. The account will either be restored or the request will be rejected. This method is currently one of the most commonly used approaches, and honestly, my unban bot has a higher success rate than this method.

RESET LINK METHOD :
First, create a new Instagram account using any Gmail address.
Then, attach the email address associated with the target account to that new account.
After that, use Honista or another modified APK to send a code to that email address.
You will then see two accounts. Select the target account.
The account will open.
Next, go to the account settings and request a password reset link. The reset link should arrive.
