Sorry it's late but I didn't get to update the work from yesterday Yesterday work also continues the backend of Ethio Tech Hub, worked on the submission & review workflows, hooked up the pieces to the validation & routing, up to repository & service layer Today I worked on the reporting work flows, so users would be able to submit reports for badlinks, inactive communities, dupes, spam, and misinformation. @telsemtechh #BuildInPublic #EthioTechHub

Sorry it’s a late update - didn’t get a chance to share progress from yesterday. Yesterday’s work went into the Community API for Ethio Tech Hub, i.e. Building the backend flows from request validation, routing, repository and services - and testing out community creation, pagination, slugs, ownership, update/delete functionality. #BuildInPublic #EthioTechHub @telsemtechh

Today I worked on the foundation of Ethio Tech Hub — setting up the backend and frontend, connecting PostgreSQL, getting Prisma running, creating the development database, and setting up migrations and Git. It’s still early, but the pieces are starting to come together. Building in public, one step at a time. When I first got into tech, one of the hardest things was finding active Telegram channels and communities. I didn’t know where to start or which channels were actually useful. It took me a long time to find some of them, and even after 1–2 years, I still don’t know all the tech communities and channels out there. That’s when I got an idea: What if we could find everything in one place? So I’m building Ethio-Tech Hub A platform where you can discover tech communities, creators, guides, resources, tips, events, and opportunities — all in one place.
