The ulnar (Guyon’s) canal located at the level of the palm Borders • Medial (ulnar) – pisiform, flexor carpi ulnaris tendon, abductor digiti minimi muscle. • Lateral (radial) – hook of hamate. • Roof – palmar carpal ligament. • Floor – flexor retinaculum, pisohamate ligament, and hypothenar muscles. The ulnar (cubital) tunnel is a fibro-osseous space located on the posteromedial aspect of the elbow. Borders The ulnar tunnel is oval shaped with medial and lateral walls, a floor, and a roof: • Medial wall – medial epicondyle of the humerus. • Lateral wall – olecranon of the ulna. • Floor – elbow joint capsule and medial collateral ligament of the elbow. • Roof – ligament spanning between the medial epicondyle and olecranon Cont The ulnar tunnel transmits the ulnar nerve

🔹Coracoid process of the scapula ال origin لعضلتان هما : A. Short head of biceps B. Coracobrachialis ال insertion لعضلة واحدة هي : Pectoralis minor 🔹 Greater tuberosity ال insertion ل 3 عضلات هن : A. Supraspinatus B. infraspinatus C. Teres minor مجموعة في كلمة SiT . 🔹 Lesser tuberosity ال insertion  لعضلة واحدة هي Subscapularis 🔹Bicipital groove Insertion ال 3 عضلات هن: A. Pectoralis major ( Laterally) B. Latissimus dorsi ( Floor ) C. Teres major ( medically) مجموعة في كلمة PLT . 🔹  عضلات إسم ال Nerve حقهن نفس إسمهن: Subclavius Muscle . Serratus anterior M. Dorsal subscapular N = Rhomboids major & minor M & Levator scapula M 🔹 ال circumflex (axillary nerve) يغذي 2 عضلتان: Deltoid Teres minor 🔹 عضلتان تشترك في ال Lower subscapular Nerve: Teres major Subscapularis M. 🔹 العضلات ال 3 الأمامية لل Arm ال nerve supply حقها هو Musculocutaneous nerve 🔹 جميع العضلات الأمامية لل forearm يغذيها ال Median nerve ما عدا: Flexor carpi ulnaris Medial part of flexor digitorum profundus M. ➡️ يغذيهما ال Ulnar nerve 🔹 جميع عضلات الخلفية لل forearm يغذيها ال: Deep branch of radial nerve (posterior interosseous nerve) ما عدا 3 عضلات هن: Brachioradialis Extensor carpi radialis Longus Anconus و  يغذيهن ال Radial nerve 🔹  عضلات أخرى يغذيها ال Radial nerve و هن في ال Arm (humerus): Triceps brachii Lateral part of brachialis 🔹 Hand هناك 12 عضلة ال Nerve supply حقها هو Ulnar nerve هن: 1. 4 Palmar 2. 4 Dorsal 3. Adductor pollicis 4. Abductor digiti minimi 5. Flexor digiti minimi 6. Opponens digiti minimi جميع عضلات ال Hand ال Nerve root حقهن هما C8 & T1 🔹 عضلتان لهما شكل V - shaped هما: Deltoid (origin) Trapezius (insertion) 🔹 عضلات تعمل (Retraction of the scapula = Raises medial border of scapula upwards & medially) هن: Rhomboids major & minor Middle fibers of Trapezius 🔹 عضلات تعمل Abduction و تحرك ال shoulder joint بزاويا معينة هي: 0 → 15 : Supraspinatus 15 → 90 : Deltoid (anterior fibers) 90 → 180 : Upper fibers of Trapezius & Lower fibers of Serratus anterior 🔹 عضلات الجهة الأمامية لليد تعمل Flexion. 🔹 عضلات الجهة الخلفية لليد تعمل Extension. 🔹 عضلات ال Rotator cuff وظيفتها تثبت ال humeral head في ال Glenoid cavity و هي: Supraspinatus Infraspinatus Teres minor Subscapularis هن ال 3 العضلات التي يكن ال insertion حقها على ال Greater tuberosity (SiT ) + Subscapularis 🔹  3 عضلات تعمل Insertion of the medial border of the scapula هن: Rhomboids major Rhomboids minor Levator scapula 🔹 ملاحظة: العضلتان Rhomboids major & Rhomboids minor تشتركان بكل شيء مثل : Origin – Insertion – Nerve supply – Nerve roots – Action 🔹 عضلتان تعمل Abductor of the thumb هما: Abductor pollicis longus (On deep post. of forearm) Abductor pollicis brevis (On hand, short muscle of thumb) ✨ Hand (Specific Origins & Insertions) 🔹 هناك 5 عضلات ال Origin حقها هو Flexor Retinaculum هي: Palmaris brevis Flexor pollicis brevis Flexor digiti minimi Opponens digiti minimi Opponens pollicis 🔹 هناك 3 عضلات ال Insertion حقها هو Base of proximal phalanx of thumb هن: Abductor pollicis brevis Flexor pollicis brevis Adductor pollicis 🔹  هناك عضلتان ال Insertion حقهما هو Base of proximal phalanx of little finger هما: Abductor digiti minimi Flexor digiti minimi ✨ Forearm Origins 🔹 جميع العضلات الأمامية السطحية لل forearm ال Origin حقها هو Medial Epicondyle of humerus . 🔹 جميع العضلات الخلفية السطحية لل forearm ال Origin حقها هو Lateral Epicondyle of humerus . عدا عضلتان هما: Extensor carpi radialis – Brachioradialis ➡️ ال Origin حقهما هو Lateral supracondyle of humerus ✨Notes : Pollicis = thumb إبهام Digiti minimi = little fingerخنصر Indicis = index fingerسبابة Digitorum = all fingers except thumb, or except thumb & little finger ✨ Muscle Count: 🔹 عدد عضلات ال Arm = 4 أمامية = 3 ، خلفية = 1 🔹 عدد عضلات الForearm = ٢٠ ٨ أمامية = (Superficial = 5, Deep = 3). ١٢ خلفية = (Superficial = 7, Deep = 5). 🔹 عدد عضلات ال Hand = ١٩ عضلة . عمل الطالبتان الرائعتان  :عصماء الجماعي & سندس فارع #.
