TL;DR: Learning and using these functionalities is so cool

@ViewChild is one of the many decorators that is literally a blessing in disguise. It helps a parent component tap into functions set in a child component. For example, I created a generic landing table that has check boxes for each row, depending on which page requires that functionality. In this case, after checking the required rows and then bulk approving them, I want to clear any checked rows. Rather than doing two way binding, I can just view the landing table via @ViewChild in the parent component calling it, then call a function that will clear all checked rows. Damn😭 Could be me, but this shi beautiful gang

Holy crap, there is this new (relatively) rxjs operator called rxresource in angular which is so powerful its actually crazy. It works with signals essentially making your requests so flexible as it will load your requests based on any changed values. And while this was done with two different functions or via manual change detection, you can now achieve the same thing with one rxresource call. A better example would be achieving pagination and filtering effectively and in an optimized fashion with essentially one rxresouce call. Ideally this would be like 3-6 lines of code. Learning is so cool😭
