✉️ New BotFather "Bot Cloud" Feature Is Now Available to a Limited Number of Users
On Telegram’s test server, Telegram introduced a new setting called “Bot Cloud.” With Bot Cloud, developers will be able to run bots, JavaScript code, and databases directly on Telegram’s infrastructure without the need for a dedicated server, VPS, webhooks, or long polling.
Telegram has begun inviting previous contest winners to test Bot Cloud and the new Bot API. Access is currently invitation-only. However, the documentation is now available to everyone:

A 17-year-old teenager was robbed in Moscow after attempting to exchange 1,500,000 rubles (~$19,000) for cryptocurrency.
The teen was reportedly attacked shortly after leaving a building in Moscow City with his friends. Three suspects followed them to their taxi, pulled him out of the car, and stole the bag containing the cash.
Police later detained the three suspects and recovered most of the stolen cash. All three are now facing grand larceny charges that carry a maximum sentence of up to 12 years in prison.

That balance could then be used to purchase gifts, allowing users to buy all of the Plush Pepe gifts listed on the marketplace and even withdraw a large amount of funds from the platform.
The current losses are estimated to exceed $210,000 from the sale of Plush Pepe gifts alone.

The court files reveal that Microsoft helped the FBI track Peter Stokes down using GDID — a Global Device Identifier, which is assigned to every Windows installation and cannot be changed unless the OS is wiped. The GDID helped them track:
• IP history
• Full web activity
• Video game activity and games played
• Logged-in social accounts, including Snapchat, Facebook, and Apple
According to the court documents, the critical mistake was using a VPN to create the ngrok account used in the May 2025 Tiffany & Co. hack from the same Windows device associated with his GDID.
Although the account was created from a VPN IP address ending in .168, Microsoft records show that the same GDID (6755467234350028) accessed the ngrok signup page at the exact time the account was created, linking the hack to his personal social accounts.

Telegram will introduce Communities, a new way to organize related groups and channels in one place. Communities will let users collect multiple related groups and channels into a single list, making them easier to manage and navigate. The feature is similar to folders, but is designed specifically for organizing related communities together.

A known Chinese investor @piya, says a scammer offered 450,000 USDT via OKPay to buy his 7-digit anonymous number. OKPay notified him that the funds had been received, but when he tried to withdraw them, the platform’s risk control team froze the balance and canceled the transaction after determining the funds were obtained illegally.
According to his post, some kind of exploit allowed the scammer to make the $450,000 appear as successfully received in his OKPay account, nearly causing him to lose his 7-digit anonymous number.
The hacker claimed to have stolen around $3 million through the exploit. OKPay CEO Huo Volcano said merchants’ small losses would be fully compensated and that the team is actively working on a fix.

Both men are awaiting sentencing on July 15, 2026, and face up to life in prison under UK law. However, they are expected to receive shorter sentences due to their young age and guilty pleas.

26-year-old Shawn Krishendat Premsook, a member of the 764 network for at least two years prior to his arrest, has pleaded guilty to child exploitation offenses.
