The hardest part about Re-starting at the gym: ⏺️ Insecurity : Nothing hits harder than coming back after a long break and seeing your gym buddies looking like Greek gods while you still struggle with the warm-up. The regret? it hurts fr fr 😭😭 So yeah, just don’t stop. ⏺️Cooking your own meals ,healthy ... Who knew? (Everyone. Everyone knew.) ⏺️Muscle soreness..(strapo) AKA welcome to pain Sitting, standing, walking heck, even existing becomes a full body workout. Going to the bathroom?...😁 (we don't do that here )....Climbing stairs aytasebem(zombie audition) ... If this keeps up, my kidneys might just give up on me. 😭 NO PAIN NO GAIN uk(we won't give up )

The most challenging thing when you re start ..gym: - Insecurity (if you stop for a while and get back, seeing your friends change the regret, man... it hurts as hell, so don't stop. - Cooking your meals (healthy).. - Muscle soreness (strapo)... it's hard to even go to the bathroom, dude. The looks you get when you walk through some stairs 😭😭😭
