Hot take: Ethiopian cinematography is getting really good like really good. But the acting still has a long way to go. Wish the actors would evolve with the visuals.

Our final year project started as a small but deeply personal idea a safe, anonymous space for women silently carrying things too heavy to say out loud. abuse, pain, trauma, things they couldn’t tell a single soul. because so many people are suffering alone, holding it all in, with nowhere to turn. this year we said everyone need this because that pain doesn’t belong to one group ,it’s everywhere, and most people never get the help they deserve. It’s still a work in progress. Maybe it won’t be built perfectly this year not with the pressure, the rush, and the limits of time. But to me, this became something far beyond a university project.the purpose, the people it could reach that’s what keeps me going. mental health awareness month felt like the right time to finally say this out loud. 🌿💚 ​​​​

as a girl, education gives you choices. I believe choice is the most important thing to have. your whole life depends on it. the system isn't made for you, and being incompetent on top of that is a slap to your future self. (it's really disappointing to have the access generations of women didn't have and not use it to your advantage.)
