As someone who took Econ 101 in college, I was reading this article and suddenly realized something: when we “trade,” we’re not really trading objects we’re trading the rights to use them.
That idea led me down a rabbit hole of how property rights actually shape economies, and it was way more interesting (and complicated) than the simple supply-and-demand diagrams we learned.
Econ 101 teaches markets as if they work on their own.
But in reality, markets only work when the rules of ownership (who can use something, exclude others, or transfer it) are clear, fair, and enforceable.
And when I looked deeper, the real world shows this in dramatic ways:..as u see in the diagram (chat gave me )..I wanna dig deeper

So I watched Frankenstein cos yodit recommended it and I LOVED it...(thanks ☺️)
It wasn’t scary at all, just really interesting and honestly kind of heartbreaking…..(left me with lot of questions )
Then I decided to watch (my recommendation for y'all )
2001: A Space Odyssey on my own… and damn.
At first I was completely confused, but after digging into the book explanations and the ideas behind it, everything clicked…..
The amount of detail, symbolism, and care in every scene is insane. It’s honestly mind-blowing.(so slow but it make senseeee u may feel bored or sleepy but it's✨ )
Here’s the main idea of the movie
It’s about human evolution being guided by something far more advanced than us. Those black monoliths are basically “cosmic upgrade devices” that appear at key moments in history to push humanity to the next level. And now that I finally understand it… (kinda ) WOW. My mind is actually blown. I’m definitely going to read the book someday because the concept is 🔥

Yellow ...I promised myself I’d post at least once a week, so here it is. I moved my Interstellar movie notes to Substack so it’s easier to share as a link instead of a PDF. Anyway, enjoy ig (Also our substack is 📈)

Update ppl (maybe not a big deal but it is cool )
I talked to an amazing mentor recently someone who’s studied at places like HEC Paris and MIT Sloan, yet is one of the most humble people I’ve ever met.
She told me something that really stayed with me: “Don’t be scared to reach out to people. Most of us are where we are because someone helped us, so we’re happy to help others too.”
She encouraged me to stay curious, keep learning, and never feel “too late” to start. Honestly, her energy, kindness, and advice left me feeling so inspired...🥰🥰🥰

Also research:-
Blue light from screens won’t damage your eyes. It can affect sleep, but it doesn’t cause eye diseases or even eye strain based on research. Blue light glasses mostly help because of anti-glare or placebo not because they’re actually blocking harmful light.

So I’ve been getting a bit concerned about my eyes lately, and I was listening to this podcast… then I found out the whole “carrots make your eyesight better” thing was actually just WWII propaganda 👀
