Update has been successful..

recently I started learning rust cause I'm interested in making compiler and I saw tools for qc being built using it(it has been in my learning list for quite some time tbh) anyways I made a simple transpiler that convert quantum assembly like language to OpenQASM 2.0 implemented in Rust.
