As you can see MT6989 is spotted right there, it seems transsion trying to use MT6989 on Infinix GT Ultra previously in 2024 but when D9400 released maybe transsion changed their mind and rebuilding the phone from scratch again in 2025. > Mediatek dimensity 9300 (MT6989)
