የፋይዳ መታወቂያን ከባንክ ሂሳብ ጋር ለማስተሳሰር የተሰጠው ጊዜ እስከ ጥቅምት 30 ተራዘመ። የኢትዮጵያ ብሔራዊ ባንክ የባንክ ደንበኞች ሂሳባቸውን ከፋይዳ ብሔራዊ መታወቂያ ጋር የማስተሳሰሪያ ጊዜ ገደብን አራዝሟል። ባንኩ ከዚህ ቀደም በ27 የከተማ አስተዳደሮችና በሐረሪ ክልል ያሉ ደንበኞች እስከ ግንቦት 6/ 2018 ዓ.ም፣ በቀሪው የሀገሪቱ ክፍል ያሉ ደንበኞች ደግሞ እስከ ሰኔ 30/2018 ዓ.ም ሂሳባቸውን ከፋይዳ ጋር እንዲያስተሳስሩ ጊዜ ሰጥቶ ነበር። በተሰጠው ቀነ-ገደብ ሂሳባቸውን ያላስተሳሰሩ ደንበኞች ሂሳባቸው እስኪያስተሳስሩ ድረስ ከሂሳቡ የሚወጣ ገንዘብ ወይም ተቀናሽ ግብይት እንዲታገድ የሚያደርገው "No Debit" እርምጃ ተግባራዊ ሆኖ ቆይቷል። አሁን ግን በሀገሪቱ የተከሰቱ የተለያዩ አበይት ሁነቶችንና የእርሻ ወቅቱን ታሳቢ በማድረግ፣ በ27ቱ ከተሞችና በሐረሪ ክልል ውጭ ላሉ ደንበኞች የነበረው የሰኔ 30 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ቀነ-ገደብ ተራዝሟል። አዲሱ ቀነ-ገደብ እስከ ሰኞ ጥቅምት 30 ቀን 2019 ዓ.ም ሲሆን በ27ቱ የከተማ አስተዳደሮችና በሐረሪ ክልል የነበረው ቀነ-ገደብ ግን እንዳልተራዘመ ብሔራዊ ባንክ ለቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ አረጋግጧል። ብሔራዊ ባንክ ባንኮች ደንበኞች የፋይዳ መታወቂያ ካላወጡ እንዲያወጡና ከሂሳባቸው ጋር እንዲያስተሳስሩ እንዲያስታውሱና እንዲያበረታቱ መልዕክት አስተላልፏል። በተጨማሪም ባንኮች የፋይዳ መታወቂያን ጥቅምና ከባንክ ሂሳብ ጋር የማስተሳሰርን አስፈላጊነት በማስመልከት የግንዛቤ ማስጨበጫ ሥራዎችን እንዲያካሂዱ ታዘዋል። ባንኮች ደንበኞች ያሏቸውን የተለያዩ ሂሳቦች ከፋይዳ ቁጥራቸው ጋር በማስተሳሰር የደንበኛን መረጃ የማወቅና የመከታተል ሥራዎችን (KYC እና CDD) እንዲያጠናክሩም ብሔራዊ ባንክ አሳስቧል።
