We REALLY need to have a SERIOUS conversation about this relentless, heartless, soulless, sadistic behavior coming from a certain group of individuals. It is NOT normal behavior to stab someone in the heart because of a simple disagreement about where someone should be seated. This kind of animalistic behavior should NEVER be normalized or tolerated in ANY WAY. There is a DEEPLY rooted problem in the black community, and it’s a lack of impulse control as well as a fatherless upbringing that leads to a serious lack of judgement, and or empathy that directly contributes to the FACT that black males are EIGHT TIMES MORE likely to commit murder than white males. It definitely starts in the home, and grows out of control from there. There is a major lack of structure from a young age, and that comes from not having a father figure to lead and guide them during some of the most critical years of their life. THE STATISTICS DONT LIE. It is NOT “racist” to point this out either, it is a conversation that MUST be had. THIS SHIT HAS TO STOP. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. It is absolutely HEARTBREAKING & GUT WRENCHING for the twin brother, and family of 16 year old Austin Metcalf, a successful young man who literally had the WORLD ahead of him…His brother had to hold him in his arms as he died after being stabbed in the heart by a 17 year old named Karmelo Anthony, who didn’t think for one second about the impact this would have on his life, which goes to my point about lacking impulse control and that makes him a product of his environment. His life is now destroyed too, by his own making. There are NO WORDS, and NO amount of justice that can ever bring closure to Austin’s family. They will forever be BROKEN from this one incident. All you have to do is look at the last two social media posts from each of these young men to see it. They say Black Lives Matter…Well, Austin’s life mattered too, but clearly not enough.
