Okay, the Source is about several child fatalities caused by head injuries and in one of the other cases you can see a photo of the kid's face and the kid is clearly deceased, got run over by a car. I just wanted to warn everyone before they clicked that link.
This is case 1. Caption of photos says:
*A. A 4‐month‐old male (Case 1 in Table 1), who fell from bed and struck a table, with fractures of the right frontal bone and the right orbital plate. B. Epidural hemorrhage over right anterior cranial fossa. C. Fracture of right orbital plate.*
In the table it says, how the accident occurred:
*Fell out of adult bed and struck edge of bedside table.*
And the case history:
*Taken to a children's hospital and had a CT scan that was read as normal; would not eat or sleep well; survived for 2 days; taken to pediatrician and died on way to the office.*
Findings:
*Right forehead contusion; fracture of right frontal bone and right orbital plate; epidural hemorrhage over right anterior cranial fossa.*
Poor baby. It sounds like the parents did the right thing, taking him to the hospital to get checked out and then taking him to the doctor. And he died anyway. 😭

A tragic incident occurred at a bar in Aribiri, Vila Velha, resulting in the death of a young man. The victim, identified as 23-year-old Gustavo Freitas Palassi, died after a barbecue grill explosion that left him with 90% of his body burned.
The incident took place last Monday (15) when Gustavo was at the bar with a group of friends, gathering after a soccer game. The establishment was crowded at the time of the accident, and Gustavo was standing on the sidewalk near the barbecue grill.
According to information from Tribuna Notícias, the explosion happened after another man at the bar threw a flammable liquid to increase the flames of the equipment. The moment was captured by cameras at the location, showing the young man, wearing a Flamengo shirt, holding the barbecue grill's pot while the other young man pours the liquid. Suddenly, a strong flash of flames engulfs the image.
In addition to Gustavo and the other young man handling the barbecue grill, another individual sitting at the bar was also hit by the fire. The report did not provide details on the health status of the other two injured people, who were taken to nearby hospitals.
Gustavo was immediately rescued, but unfortunately, he did not survive the severe injuries. He was taken to the hospital, where he succumbed to his wounds on Thursday night (18).
The tragic incident has left the community in shock and mourning. Authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding the explosion, and the establishment's safety measures are likely to be reviewed to prevent such accidents from happening in the future.

Although decapitation is a well-known traumatic mechanism in road traffic deaths, incomplete decapitation of a motorcyclist with exenteration of the brain has not yet been reported in the forensic literature in a victim run over by a vehicle.
This paper deals with an autopsy case of a 69-year-old motorcyclist, who had been run over by a semitrailer, as a result of which flattening of the head with extrusion of the brain and incomplete decapitation occurred at the level of the fourth cervical vertebra. This constellation allows to define a special mechanism of accident-related decapitation. Moreover, the case underlines the importance of a multidisciplinary approach for the reconstruction of the accident as well as for the assessment of its judicial consequences. On the suspicion of a hit-and-run accident, simulation tests were performed by technical experts.
These tests revealed that the motorcycle may not have been conspicuous for the truck driver prior to and during the accident. Consequently, the charge of manslaughter and failure to render assistance against the truck driver was dropped.
