Urgent Update 🇺🇸: Telegram now has an automated requests portal for authorities to automatically extract records including your messages
In accordance with this new feature, Telegram will now process requests through an automated portal, accessible to authorized law enforcement agencies. If Telegram receives a valid and legally binding request from these authorities, they may disclose user data, including message content, phone numbers, and IP addresses, provided the messages are not part of secret chats (which remain encrypted). All shared information will still comply with the necessary legal requirements and undergo appropriate internal reviews before being disclosed.
If any data is shared, we will include these occurrences in a quarterly Transparency Report published at: https://t.me/transparency.المحتوى متاح للمستخدمين بعمر 18 عامًا فأكثر
