UPPCS the non sense commission.
As per RTI , they dont do normalisation(moderation ) rather they do random moderation. Means out of 100 copies they will do just 6% copies moderation or whatsoever random moderation.
Means if mr X teacher has given GS3 marks as 60/200 and My Y student teacher has given 120/200. Then its valid . Manmaani matlab kuch bhi !!! Means they will do moderation and normalisation of only 6% copies. And what is that confusing system they dont tell even in RTI.
i am 200% sure they dont even follow this 6% normalisation process.
Nothing but opaque, forced fraud system.
