Have you ever locked yourself out? I've never locked myself out because in Uzbekistan, doors are designed differently. We usually open doors manually, so accidentally locking ourselves out just doesn't happen. Do you think it's a good idea to leave your keys with a neighbor? It really depends on how well you know and trust your neighbor. If you trust them completely, it's fine to leave your keys with them for emergencies when you're away. But if you're not sure about them, we shouldn't just hand over our keys. There's always a risk they might take advantage and steal our things, you know? Have you ever lost your keys? I lost our apartment key once, about three years ago when we moved to our new place. There were only three keys, and I accidentally lost one. My dad was really mad at me then. Since then , I've been extra careful and always double-check. Do you always bring a lot of keys with you? I usually just carry one key for our apartment. Since I don't have a car, there's no need for additional keys. It's pretty simple . I only have one key to worry about. https://t.me/speakingwithazizbek

What's your favorite number? I really like the number seven. It just seems cool to me. There are seven days in a week, the seven wonders of the world, and it's considered lucky. Plus, when I get my car, I've always thought a plate like 777 would be awesome 😎 Are you good at remembering phone numbers? I'm actually not great at remembering phone numbers. My memory isn't the best, so whenever I get someone's number, I always write it down or put it straight into my phone. It just helps me stay organized. Do you usually use numbers? Yes, I use numbers a lot in my daily life. For example, I handle money regularly, and working as a shop assistant in our family business, I frequently count the items or goods before selling them. So, numbers play a significant role in what I do. Are you good at math? Yeah, I think so. Three years ago, I attended math lessons because it was required for university exams. I spent a lot of time practicing math tests, and I still solve math problems in my free time. So, yeah, I'm pretty good at math. https://t.me/speakingwithazizbek

David Goggins on Huberman: 12 Minutes To Change Your Life

David Goggins is a retired Navy SEAL, highly accomplished ultra-endurance athlete, best-selling author, and public speaker. 00:00 Be honest with yourself 01:00 Examine the insides of yourself 01:46 Write down your insecuritites & fears 03:02 Teach yourself how to fail (Be vulnerable) 04:03 No hacks. Just do it! 06:26 Outwork your negative voice through repetition 08:23 It's you vs. you 10:04 Once you figure out your brain, you become unstoppable. 11:20 Be a practioner. Not a theorist. If you struggle, please consider talking to a therapist. There is no shame in that. Don't wait until it gets worse. Try to find the right therapist for you. Choose someone that you feel you'd get along with and connect with. But always remember that therapy takes time. Your therapist can't fix all your problems from the first moment. He or she will be there for you, to help you, to give you ideas, and to keep you on track on your journey. There will be moments when you will feel that maybe therapy is not for you, and you can't find a meaning to all of this. This is because you want all your problems to disappear right away. But that's not how this works. You need to give yourself time. It may be 1-2 months or maybe more. But it's a journey worth taking.  Helpful Things to Use in your Journey: 1. The Cookie Jar Method by David Goggins:

If your Cookie Jar is empty, don't worry. Try to fill it with obstacles that you will overcome. Start with small steps, and then move up gradually. The Cookie Jar Method will help you build confidence for the next bigger obstacles. ** David Goggins refers to The Cookie Jar Method in 8:46 of my video. 2. Reduce Anxiety & Stress with the Physiological Sigh:

It could also be repeated as a short breathwork practice for 5 minutes a day. 3. A Science-Supported Journaling Protocol to Improve Mental & Physical Health:

You can use a journal to help you keep track of your thoughts. You can also use a different journal for setting goals for every day, like a To-Do list. This will keep you on track. 4. Andrew Huberman's Daily Blueprint:
