So for all my foodies out there Almost every queens supermarket has this ice cream sale 😍😍, (mainly the one in stadium) where you can get 1kg ice cream for 600 1/2kg for 330 and 1/4th for 180 Its a really fucking good deal and its tasty as hell too, especially since one scoop is now 150 most places

What do y'all think about this. Me personally i think its a bad fucking idea lol , from my knowledge of psychology, i know that when you share a goal / dream you just made with people and they congratulate you and stuff on that , your brain gets the same dopamine as actually achieving the goal. Thats why people that keep their goals to themselves are more likely to achieve it thay those that talk about it all over social media.

So 2 or 3 of my friends have had this recent phenomena where they couldn't access their electronics for a few hours , some of them cause of power outage and some because of personal choice and during those few hours , all of them just contemplated their entire lives and the path they're on and if they're doing the right things and almost all of them decided to change after a few hours with their thoughts and I'm already seeing their progress despite it being a short amount of time since the days that happened to them So maybe what this generation lacks is self reflection, we never actually have a conversation with ourselves anymore, every waking moment we are either with people, on an electronic device, or listening to music So id say talk to the (wo)man in the mirror before its too late
