➡️ See lead I
➡️See Lead aVF
🎙Then if QRS :in Lead I positive and in Lead aVF positive ➡️ normal axis
🎙 If QRS : in lead I positive and Lead aVF negative ➡️Left axis deviation
🎙 If QRS : in Lead I negative and in Lead aVF positive ➡️ Right Axis deviation
🎙If QRS : in lead I negative and in Lead aVF negative ➡️ Extreme Right Axis deviation or Extreme Axis deviation

So count R wave in 30 large square then multiply by 10 = rate per minute

Arterial Blood Gas (ABG) Normal Ranges
Here are the standard reference ranges:
🔹 pH: 7.35 – 7.45
🔹 PaO2: 75 – 100 mmHg (10.0 – 13.3 kPa)
🔹 PaCO2: 35 – 45 mmHg (4.7 – 6.0 kPa)
🔹 HCO3: 22 – 26 mEq/L
🔹 SaO2: 95% – 100%
💡 Pro-Tip: To quickly convert between units, use the factor 7.5.
(Multiply kPa by 7.5 to get mmHg, or divide mmHg by 7.5 to get kPa)
