Dear investors, Detailed data from the U.S. Phase 3 clinical trials of K-CAB were presented at Digestive Disease Week 2026 from May 4 to May 5, 2026. The presented clinical data covered both erosive esophagitis (EE) treatment and maintenance therapy. In the treatment of erosive esophagitis, K-CAB demonstrated superiority over PPIs across all patient groups in terms of healing rates. In addition, K-CAB also showed differentiated superiority in maintenance therapy following the healing of erosive esophagitis. Notably, this marks the first case among P-CAB therapies to clearly demonstrate superiority over PPIs. These results provide strong evidence that K-CAB may establish a new treatment paradigm in the gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) market.
