### BGDKS – भारतीय डाक कर्मचारी संघ (BPEF - BMS से संबद्ध) के प्रयासों से GDS कर्मचारियों की ऐतिहासिक जीत – 8वें वेतन आयोग में आधिकारिक रूप से शामिल किए गए!
लंबे समय से ग्रामीण डाक सेवकों (GDS) को, जो संचार मंत्रालय के अंतर्गत डाक विभाग में कार्यरत हैं, वेतन आयोगों में शामिल नहीं किया गया था। उन्हें अंशकालिक या सीमित घंटों के कर्मचारी मानते हुए, वेतन संरचना, पेंशन और अन्य सेवानिवृत्ति लाभों से वंचित रखा गया था।
लेकिन अब एक ऐतिहासिक निर्णय के रूप में, 22 जुलाई 2025 को राज्यसभा में पूछे गए प्रश्न संख्या 223 के उत्तर के तहत, सरकार द्वारा 8वें केंद्रीय वेतन आयोग की Terms of Reference में GDS कर्मचारियों को डाक विभाग के एक अधिकृत वर्ग के रूप में शामिल किया गया है। इसका अर्थ यह है कि अब उनके वेतन, सेवा शर्तें, पेंशन और लाभों की समीक्षा अन्य केंद्रीय सरकारी कर्मचारियों की तरह की जाएगी।

यह उपलब्धि BGDKS – भारतीय डाक कर्मचारी संघ (BPEF - BMS से संबद्ध) के मजबूत नेतृत्व और निरंतर प्रयासों का फल है। वर्षों की मांग, प्रतिनिधित्व और श्रमिकों की समस्याओं को राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर उठाने के कारण, सरकार को आखिरकार GDS कर्मचारियों की मांगों को मान्यता देनी पड़ी।
अब यह सुनिश्चित किया गया है कि 1 जनवरी 2026 से लागू होने वाले 8वें वेतन आयोग में GDS कर्मचारियों को भी पूर्ण रूप से शामिल किया जाएगा। यह उनके लिए सम्मान और समानता की दिशा में एक बड़ा कदम है।

### 🔍 8वें वेतन आयोग की मुख्य बातें:
* केंद्रीय सरकार के कर्मचारियों के वेतन, पेंशन और सेवा लाभों की व्यापक समीक्षा।
* GDS कर्मचारियों को एक प्रमुख वर्ग के रूप में शामिल किया गया है।
* न्यूनतम वेतन को "गरिमामयी जीवन यापन के लिए सम्मानजनक वेतन" के रूप में तय किया जाएगा, Dr. Aykroyd फॉर्मूला और 15वें भारतीय श्रम सम्मेलन की सिफारिशों के आधार पर।
* परिवार की उपभोग इकाइयों को 3 से बढ़ाकर 3.6 करने की सिफारिश भी आयोग द्वारा विचाराधीन होगी।
* लेवल 1 से लेवल 6 तक के Non-viable वेतनमानों की समीक्षा कर आवश्यक सुधार किए जाएंगे।

Dear All,
We are pleased to announce the Launch of our new MATM version: 1.23.3.0 along with following new features :
1. Premium Aarogya Savings account is bundled having Wellness benefits(NIVA Bupa Health Plan App link - https://onelink.to/f8qaqz) with features such as Unlimited free Online consultation, Discounts on Pharmacy & Lab tests (Only for Customers with 18 to 70 years of age)
2. Face Authentication feature is now live for all transactions including Account opening.
3. Additional Customer Consent will be obtained on various types of transaction (Regulatory requirement)
We have started pushing this New version to all mATM devices from 2PM today and hence All are requested to inform End users(GDS/Postman/IBCs) to keep devices online for smooth update of Application.
In case APK is not updated, Kindly take up directly with distribution team.
Note :
a) SBPRM account opening will not be available now at CBS as well as Micro ATM.
b) Account Upgradation to Premium Aarogya A/c through Mobile Banking will be available shortly with new MB release.

*Resignation of GDS*
The GDS should give resignation letter to the Appointing Authority stating the reason for his resignation
GDS will be asked to clear all departmental dues.
No objection certificate may be obtained from HO.
The Appointing authority should satisfy that no fraudulent intention behind his resignation.
If the Appointing Authority satisfies, he may relieve the GDS from duty
There is no prescribed period for accepting resignation
There is no need to deposit one month salary
