Be Alert Everyone, never enter their PG. These people have bullied, tortured, and assaulted a girl on her very last day when she was packing and taking away her bags. So the story was her rent was adjusted with the security amount but, the electricity bill was still due. She had noticed and we came to know that there are some discrepancies in the meter or the bill amount they were providing every month to the girls. They never provided the original bill when asked, the girls stayed maximum 13-14 days in the month of June, the AC had broken due to lack of maintenance and service for which owners were responsible (they never repaired it, they got a cooler which broke too, a 5th Hand AC was put by them later on 3rd or 4th June 2026 which wasn't cooling enough, so the girls decided to put it on for a very short interval like 1 hour Max and later they never turned it on in their last days), now comes the electricity bill... they got around Rs. 3600 as their amount for the bill (no original bill was provided when they asked for it and later they were abused, tortured) which is very high, a 1000 rs. Would have been a decent amount because max to max per month the unit goes upto around 93 or 94 units (with AC) and also it doesn't go that much too usually.
They were extracting the money from the girls of the 4th floor due to their meter issue which was raised earlier also but no fix was provided. This month, the amount asked was too much because the previous month using the AC and everything regular the amount went upto around 3500.
This triggered the matter, one girl had already left for her home due to her family issue, she was asked to pay the amount though, she revolted for the same issue initially, later due to network issue she went offline. The girl who was left with her bags and everything at the room later arrived at the PG, saw the room locks have been changed, she wasn't able to open with her key (LACK OF PRIVACY), They had keys of GIRLS ROOM! They could anytime open or lock it. The girl got scared because there were 2 men sitting and were not allowing to go out of the pg due to the unpaid electricity bill (she had then and there paid the bill, but the girl who went offline she couldnt pay it on that moment due to network issue later even she had paid at 6pm as soon as network restored). The girl who was left with her bags saw her airpods missing (They had stolen her expensive Airpods), initially when confronted to return it, they refused that they did not have it, but that **** had smirked which made us sure that they were hiding it.
Finally the bills were paid and the bags were picked the girl was brought down safe, she had a train (which she could have missed if their was no help, thanks to our and her friends who were their to help).
This PG is a sin for everyone, Thieves have entered in the month of February, these **** had opened the main door for letting the Thieves enter. Police came and surprisingly they just said ", Yeh sab toh hote rehta hai, aam baat hogya" and further closed the investigation with no arrest or anything.
I would like to come over one VC and tell how Satya Niketan PGs are and not only Satya Niketan it has happened in Kamla Nagar (North Campus with the issue.
Police are of no help, You are there on your own. Please create trustworthy friends who support you in your bad phase.
We had people all over Delhi, we could have called everyone but, eventually the situation was handled to get the girl out of the PG Safely! | 318 |

Be Alert everyone, never enter their PG. They are goons, It's a non food PG. They will take 2 months of security amount(which they will never return later). There is no agreement. Their son is a *** who acts like a goon, threatens people to a very low level when you ask them for your money.
Spread this, they do not have good wifi, ventilation, the last room has a balcony but, you won't feel like opening it due to the stinking smell and heat coming from all the chimneys from the food Street and Street A.
I just hope no one falls into their trap. No venky and ARSD student should go to that ** Boys PG.

Subject- concern regarding recent ba programme changes
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent changes in the B.A. Programme rules. Due to the revised major–minor allocation, I am no longer able to choose Psychology as my major, which has disrupted my academic plans.
Additionally, I have been informed that the college cannot confirm at this stage whether I will be eligible to pursue the fourth-year Honours in Psychology. Being told that this will only be clear after three years is extremely unfair, as students deserve clarity about their academic pathway before taking admission.
These important changes and uncertainties were not communicated clearly in advance, leaving many students in a difficult position.
I kindly request the administration to reconsider these policies or provide clear and fair guidance so that students can make informed decisions before admission.
