Good morning.
The market is entering one of the most important weeks of June.
Bitcoin is still stuck in consolidation, ETF flows and macro remain the key driver for the markets

📊 MARKET SNAPSHOT
• BTC: ~$63.4K
• ETH: Holding relatively stronger than BTC
• US Futures: Weak
• Oil: Falling
• Dollar: Stronger
• Bond Yields: Elevated
Bitcoin has now spent most of June chopping sideways around the $63K-$64K range while we wait for the next catalyst.

🟠 BITCOIN
The big story remains ETF flows.
Over the past month institutions have pulled billions from Bitcoin ETFs, creating one of the worst outflow periods since ETFs launched. Some data providers estimate more than $6B has left Bitcoin ETFs over the past 30 days.
Despite that:
• BTC is still holding above major support
• Long-term holders continue accumulating
• No panic selling from older wallets
That’s constructive.
The market has absorbed an enormous amount of ETF selling without completely breaking down.

⚡ WHAT I’M WATCHING
ETH/BTC
If ETH keeps outperforming BTC, expect capital to rotate deeper into:
• DeFi
• ETH infrastructure
• High-beta altcoins
The ETH/BTC chart is probably more important than BTC/USD right now.
ETF Flows
Daily ETF numbers remain the single most important institutional indicator.
A return to consistent inflows could quickly change sentiment.
BTC Range
Bullish:
$60K-$61K continues holding.
Bearish:
Failure to reclaim higher levels soon could lead to more frustration and rotation elsewhere.

🌎 MACRO
Markets got hit overnight.
Asian equities sold off sharply.
Nasdaq futures dropped as the tech selloff continued.

Hyperliquid generated ~2x the revenue of Sky over the past 12 months. But the difference in Valuation is around 20x
Sounds irrational? It’s not.
Because, HYPE captures value. SKY redistributes it.
HYPE keeps nearly 100% of its trading fees within the protocol.
That capital is then used for buybacks, directly benefiting the token.
SKY, on the other hand, generates revenue from fees and DAI lending but around 70-75% of that gets paid out to users as yield and incentives. Which means less value is retained and more is leaked out.
Also trading revenue is scalable, Volume driven, and tends to stay within the protocol. Lending yield compresses over time and is highly cyclical.
