⭕️ Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC)
A chronic autoimmune cholestatic liver disease characterized by progressive destruction of the small intrahepatic bile ducts, leading to cholestasis, fibrosis, and eventually cirrhosis.

Typical cholestatic pattern:

_Ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) → First-line treatment
_Obeticholic acid → If inadequate response

⭕️Carpal tunnel syndrome
is a common condition where the median nerve, running from your forearm into your hand through a narrow wrist passage ,
⭕️Symptoms
•Numbness & Tingling: Often described as "pins and needles," affecting the thumb, index, middle, and half of the ring finger.
•Pain: Can radiate from the wrist up the forearm.
•Weakness: Difficulty gripping objects, dropping things, and clumsiness in the hand.
•Night Symptoms: Often wakes people up, relieved by shaking the hand.
•Daytime Triggers: when holding phones, books, or steering wheels.
⭕️Medical Conditions:
Rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, thyroid problems, fluid retention (pregnancy, menopause).
Genetics: Some people are predisposed to smaller carpal tunnels.
