UPDATE: Travel Tiger NFT Offering We’ve listened to the feedback from the community regarding the upcoming Travel Tiger NFT offering and have made a key change to the Ambassador Bonus component of the Diamond membership. In response to the community’s feedback, the Ambassador Bonus will be doubled to 2% of the booking volume for all Diamond members, effective from Q2 2024 calculated on 2000 Travel Tiger NFTs. The percentage of Travel Credits received by each Diamond member per Travel Tiger NFT will therefore remain unchanged until such time that booking volumes in a single quarter exceed US$30 million. In the scenario where booking volumes exceed US$30 million in a quarter, the Ambassador Bonus will be calculated at 1.5% of the booking volume (rather than the 2% increased rate) for that quarter alone. Ambassador Bonuses in subsequent quarters if quarterly booking volumes fall below this figure will be calculated at the 2% increased rate. Examples -If Q3 2024 booking volume is $24 million, the total Ambassador Bonus will be calculated at 2% -If Q4 2024 booking volume is $35 million, the total Ambassador Bonus will be calculated at 1.5% All other elements of the NFT offering remain unchanged. The big picture of the NFT offering is as follows: Smart Diamond members are statistically the top-spending group of users on Travala by a significant margin due to the perks offered by the membership. The more Diamond members there are, the more high-spending travellers there are. In the long term, this will work in favour of the Ambassador Bonus, not against it. The NFT will always be a utility NFT for travellers to enhance their travel experience.
