we're back to regular programming, i have set up a fermenter for honey rum what makes it honey rum? well i tossed in a kilo of cheap honey along with the molasses and cane sugar will you taste it in the final product? barely maybe, but it did add quite a nice taste to the cherry-grape brandy so its worth a shot
