🇪🇺🇩🇪 Afd kicked out of ID group: The European conservative group Identity and Democracy (ID) has decided to remove the right-wing German party Alternative für Deutschland (AfD) from its ranks in the European Parliament, following a written vote among its affiliated parliamentarians. The reason for this move is an interview Maximilian Krah, the European list leader for AfD, gave to the Italian newspaper La Repubblica last week. I just received a phone call from a Mr Riches from Ballarat police station, he wants to charge me for "grossly offensive behaviour" for organising a lawful political demonstration in Ballarat on December 3rd last year. The offense has been downgraded from a felony to a misdemeanor. This puts it in the same category of offense to placing graffiti or being drunk in public.
