✨📡Are you or the person you know have phone addiction? I just posted this message because many people without being knowing they are phone addicted:! Even affecting our prayer , worship, even the impact goes inside the church and church service What shall we do ? Are you or part of the family being addicted by cellphone? Let’s see common signs and with solutions to be out of this addiction Common signs of cell phone addiction 1. Constantly checking the phone • Feeling the need to check it every few minutes. • Picking it up without realizing it. • Checking for notifications even when there are none. 2. Anxiety without the phone • Feeling nervous, restless, or irritable when the phone is unavailable. • Panic if the battery dies or there is no internet. 3. Spending excessive time on the phone • Using it much longer than intended. • Losing track of time while scrolling through social media or watching videos. 4. Neglecting responsibilities • Poor performance at work or school. • Ignoring household tasks. • Missing appointments or deadlines because of phone use. 5. Sleep problems • Staying up late using the phone. • Keeping the phone beside the bed. • Waking up during the night to check messages or social media. 6. Ignoring people around you • Looking at the phone during conversations. • Using the phone during meals or family gatherings. • Feeling distracted when spending time with loved ones. 7. Difficulty stopping • Repeatedly trying to reduce phone use but being unsuccessful. • Feeling guilty about the amount of time spent on the phone. 8. Using the phone to escape • Turning to the phone whenever feeling bored, lonely, anxious, or stressed instead of addressing those feelings in other ways. 9. Physical symptoms • Neck and shoulder pain ("text neck") • Eye strain or headaches • Thumb or wrist pain • Reduced physical activity Ways to reduce phone dependence Set daily limits • Use your phone's Screen Time or Digital Wellbeing features. • Set app time limits, especially for social media. Create phone-free times Examples include: • During meals • While driving • During family conversations • During Bible study or prayer • One hour before bedtime Keep the phone out of the bedroom • Charge it in another room. • Use a traditional alarm clock instead of your phone. Turn off unnecessary notifications • Keep only important calls, texts, or work alerts. • Disable notifications from social media and entertainment apps. Replace phone time with healthy activities • Exercise or take a walk. • Read a book. • Spend time with family or friends. • Develop a hobby. • Volunteer in your community. Practice intentional use Before unlocking your phone, ask: • "Why am I picking it up?" • "Is this necessary right now?" Take regular digital breaks Start small: • 30 minutes each day without your phone. • Then increase to 1–2 hours. • Consider one "digital Sabbath" each week with minimal phone use. When to seek help Consider talking with a mental health professional if phone use: • Causes serious problems at work, school, or home. • Leads to anxiety or depression. • Interferes with relationships. • Feels impossible to control despite repeated efforts to cut back. Many people improve by combining practical changes—such as limiting notifications and creating phone-free times—with support from family, friends, or a counselor if needed. በደላችንን ይቅር አትበል !?! ያኔ ኢየሱስ በመቀል ላይ ሲሰቀል:-ሰለ እኛ ሐጥያት ሲተጨነቀ ሲሰቃይ ተሣቀየም : ሲሰድቡት ምንም አፉን ሳይከፍት ፤ ለመታረድ እንደሚነዳ ጠቦት፥ በሸላቶቹም ፊት ዝም
በደላችንን ይቅር አትበል !?! ያኔ ኢየሱስ በመቀል ላይ ሲሰቀል:-ሰለ እኛ ሐጥያት ሲተጨነቀ ሲሰቃይ ተሣቀየም : ሲሰድቡት ምንም አፉን ሳይከፍት ፤ ለመታረድ እንደሚነዳ ጠቦት፥ በሸላቶቹም ፊት ዝም እንደሚል በግ፥ እንዲሁ አፉን ዝም ባለበት ወቅት ... መሰቀል ላይ ጠንጠልጥሎ የውርደት ሞት ከመሞት በፊት ... ይህን ሁሉ ግፍ ያደረጉበትን የሚያደርጉትን አያውቁምና ይቅር በላቸው ብሎ ለእኛ ሲል የውርደት ሞት ሞተ።በዚህ ሁሉ ይቅርታው ግን እሰከ ጥግ ድረስ ነው:: ዛሬም በትንሳኤው ምህረቱ ሰፊ ነው:: ወደ መሰቀል ከመሄዱ በፊት ደቀመዛሙርቱ እንዴት እንድፀልይ አሰተምረን ሲሉት..... " አባታች ሆይ በሰማይ የምትኖር ... ....... እኛ የበደሉንን ይቅር እንደምንል በደላችንን ይቅር በለን ..." በማለት ትልቅ ቁልፍ የሆነ ከእግዚያብሄር ዘንድ የይቅርታ ማግኛ መንገድ አሰተምሮናል:: ዛሬም እኛ ... የበደሉንን ይቅር ሳንል .. ብናመልክ... ብንፀልይ ... መባችንን ብናቀርብ ... እኛ የበደልነው በደል እግዚአብሔር ይቅር በለኝ ብንለው.... በደላችንን ይቅር አይለንም!!! ለምን? እኛ የበደሉንን ይቅር ማለት ከተሳነን:- " በደላችንን ይቅር አትበለን " የሚል ምልእክት ለእግዚአብሔር እያሰተላለፍን ነው:: እግዚያብሄር በደላችንን ይቅር እንዲለን እኛን የበደሉንን ይቅር እንበል:: ፋሲካችን ከርሰቶሰ ነው! በጨለማው ላይ እናብራ ዳንኤል ታምራት
