State ministers of various ministries including the Ministry of Education, University presidents, leaders of public sector organizations, and heads of industrial establishments took part in the high-level validation. The participants expressed confidence that the strategic document would pave the path for AAU’s transition to full autonomy and as a roadmap help guide the university in the years following the attainment of full autonomy.  The stakeholders, who provided important inputs, further noted that the strategic plan addresses their interests, perspectives as well as Ethiopia’s national interest. It is to be reported that the draft strategic plan has been validated  by AAU community on various forums organized by the management.
